OK. I know I'm new here so I hope this is OK to post as I'd like to know how your lingerie choices have developed over the years and see what journey you have been on. I know I have. I started with stockings and suspenders, as I'm sure many others have, but what looked sexy in the catalogues didn't really transpose to my male body. Suspender belts were thin, itchy and I felt just didn't suit me whilst my stocking choices disappointed me with my hairy legs clearly visible. I persisted and tried different designs of suspender belt and along the way learned the difference about denier, lace tops, opaque, fully fashioned and hold ups etc etc. Then I moved on to bras and fake breasts. I have bought many, many pretty bras over the years including underwired, half cup, plunge, T-shirt and even mastectomy bras with pockets for prosthestetics. I filled the cups with various different fillings from socks, stockings filled with rice or anything else I thought would work and balloons filled with water before I finally bought my first 'proper' silicone boobs. Still I wasn't happy. Nothing looked 'right' as my fake boobs were often visible to some degree so it affected how happy I was when I was dressed. The search continued to see what else I could buy that I would look better in and feel happy about wearing. And that, ladies, brings me to where I am today. My lingerie choices are now what many would deem 'old fashioned' however I think I'm much happier as my boobs don't show and I can hold my stockings up easily. I now wear a selection of corselettes (Naturana or Silhouette mainly) of the open bottom variety and also have a couple of vintage girdles . My bra's of choice, if I happen to wear them with the girdles, are mainly midi or long line lace bras (Triumph Doreen), that are not underwired and full cup. Stockings are at least 80 denier, black and opaque that I wear with with everything and at least hide my hairy, unshaved legs. My lingerie choices certainly influence the style of dress, not blouses or skirts to any great degree, that I wear and I'm comfortable with my choices. I'm not one for showing my bra straps and wear nothing too low cut ( though I do know at least two seamstresses who are very accepting and do excellent work should I need anything adjusted).
