Does crossdressers make better husbands/partners?

Speaking from my own personal experience, I think they do. I asked Google Gemini, and this is what it said, which I suppose is true for me and my husband.

I'd not swap my crossdressing husband for anyone.

Him crossdressing at first was a shock.

I first found Davinas blog then came here with her at the beginning and I'm thankful Davina helped me come to terms with crossdressing being harmless.

I have a more relaxed, loving and caring husband now. He may not be as convincing looking as Davina and others I've seen here but I think my acceptance of his dressing and the fun we've had with it has brought us much much closer.

Lots have emailed me privately and lots have thanked me for the forum and said they've found what they're looking for and have found a level of acceptance and one or two have said they get some of this but it's not for them.

I think as a crossdressing Husband and hearing Esme say I'm nicer as Davina.. which you've said about me yourself following our chats, it's an advantage of having a T-Girl hubby in that we are more empathetic with women and lots of other little traits we bring to play along with this shared secret and position of trust between wife and crossdressing husband.

I hope Esme feels this way also. I don't think she'd say I'm like having a male and a female best friend but we're definitely best friends and have been together for over 25 years almost married for 25 years and trying to think back I think I made my confession to being a crossdresser probably 15 years ago maybe a bit longer although she'll admit to burying her head in the sand for years before gaining current acceptance of "Davina" and how it's my escape from stress and male me.

As you know from our chats male me is more brash and maybe on the surface confident and cocky where as Davina when I've chatted with you dressed I suppose it's a little big of embarrassment at first, a little but not knowing what to expect chatting to another wife over Skype, a little bit of excitement too presenting female as we chat so I guess like my wife you also noticed a softer more feminine side to me as Davina or something like that.

I know as a man I can come across intimidating as I've been told that inside work, outside work and in sport by people and I can see why I earned the nickname Darth by some in work as I come across that way maybe feeling as a bloke like we need to get the job done follow me and let's do it right.. I know I portray this Alpha character probably even with my wife and kids.. show little emotion etc.. also probably stems back to upbringing as my father was similar showing no emotion, led men in work etc.. But I do have an emotional side and a softer side but not many get to see it as it lets down the male guard and bravado and that's why so many men stupidly shun emotions and it results in building up inside and stress.

Crossdressing in some ways must help release some of this in part in private being fully feminised and presenting as classy and as convincing as possible for that total escape which I think Esme gets but she's also said that's your escape what's mine and I don't know as I don't think dressing as a man will help her.. you never know lol.

I get told the same and I know there will be loads about me as a man and husband to moan about but Esme on a night out always recounts how her friends spent the evening slating their husbands and boyfriends and she tells me she doesn't join in slating me into the mix.. Her friends have said to their husbands and BFs why can't they be more like me which obviously alienates me from the husbands and BFs and makes them weary of me them only knowing the brash side to me .. I say to Esme be careful what they wish for as to be like me they're gonna have to find a female name and start crossdressing .. who knows maybe some do in private under the radar not out of the closet.

I think coming out as a Crossdresser to Esme has maybe brought us evens closer but I also think and maybe she'll answer this if I can get her back in reading posts here that given the choice she'd prefer I wasn't a Crossdresser / T-Girl which brings other fears and insecurities into her life but more positives than negatives I hope.. Imagine I didn't have this escape what would my stress release be?? I've no idea as becoming Davina I've found is the simplest and quickest escapism for me to find a bit of tranquility and that even sounds weird to me.

Then it's back to Alpha man until next time as that's what the world expects of me.

It would appear that you, Esme, SJ and I are a bit similar. I’m sure I’ve said before, but people do see SJ as an alpha male and would never think he’s a T-Girl, but I get the softer side, which is what I prefer. I too have gotten comments from friends wishing they had someone like my husband. Me and Esme are lucky girls!

Us two Alpha males met in the Summer watching Cricket, drinking beer, getting sun burnt and sometimes wet.. Nothing feminine about us moaning about the season the team were having but the Women's team did pretty well and looking forward to watching them again next summer. 🏏 You'd never know our little side hobby.. 🤣💋💅🏼👙👗💄👠.

Would be nice to get you and Esme chatting .. I'll try to get her back on here but don't like to push too much after buying makeup, just going through bags with her of clothing to go out.. two dresses nabbed as a maybe to try on 😃.

I should have some opportunity to chill the next few weeks if work leaves me alone..

2 days back in and stress levels rose so some time to try new makeup and chill catching up with work will be nice and Esme will benefit in a less stressed hubby. 🤣
