Sometimes it's the expectation that can be so crushing when it doesn't quite work out as planned. Familiarity does make things a whole lot easier so it should be fun.

Thanks Katie i was nervous first girls night and 2nd wife wanted to watch me transform and complimented me on how i did my makeup I'm not nervous her seeing me dressed anymore.

If it was me and my wife on a girls night in I know I woudln't be able to sleep the night before. Mixture of nerves and excitement. Too much going through my head. Knowing my luck one of the kids would be ill and sleepover cancelled ........... Hope you both have a great evening.

You don't have to do what I did and take him out in the car but if he wants to feel the cold send him out the back garden if no one can see him.

Have fun with it you may even learn makeup techniques yourself they're pretty good at it you'll find.

Don't worry about going out you control that it's something they all come to being bored dressing at home and want to feel the outdoors not necessarily in public just out side somewhere even the garden lol as a starting point and also want to talk to others like they do in tvchix chat rooms but in person.

You can control this and if you do t want him to go out so be it or control it like emma.

But don't be nervous about the 15th it should be a fun night imagine he's your best friend which he probably is but he's dressed as a woman like a best girlfriend.

And Emma the gardens not very secluded but in the winter nights no one would see me if I was dressed and stood out by the back door.

I've put stones down along side the house so there'd be a crunch crunch crunch noise if I put the bins out and they'd ruin my heels lol

I would have been ok if my wife had confided in someone although I wonder what advice they'd give her, probably run for the hills he's a weirdo or pervert.

I suppose it would depend on who he confided in and how they'd react in relation to them knowing me as the man I am.

I remember her friend telling us about her bf my mate dressing up in her stockings and lingerie a few times and her ridiculing him thinking omg no here's her best friends opinion and it's not good.

But at the same time her best friend would probably say wow no way I've gotta see this if my wife told her I crossdresses if you remember I've already told them knowing they'd think I was joking.

I think we've covered confusing in another post on here. Probably is best to keep it under wraps due to the misconceptions but it's what's best for the wife or gf as it can be a shock and a big secret to keep.

Hope you don’t mind me asking. Have you told/confided in anyone about your husband. What would your reaction have be had you bumped into someone you knew.

I have never confided in any of my friends or family. I think mainly due to embarrassment and want would their reactions be and would they treat us. I feel awful for saying that 😒 but I had a misconception of what Crossdressing was ie , is he gay etc and others would be the same and also judge.

Good on you for how you have embraced it and going out together dressed, again that’s far off for me. Davina put the bins out once dressed up wig and all, when he told me I had kittens lol. What if someone saw you. I do find it quiet funny now, but don’t think I’m ready for him going out dressed.

Imagine by chance someone you knew was window shopping however unlikely or at the restaurants and saw you and came over.

I can see how it game him a rush the getting caught thing along with being out in the open.

It's the only time in in control when he's dressed.

He wants to go out then he's not sure then wants to then doesn't so thought I'd make his mind up for him.

Made sure he looked passable we've done the car to the shop before but this time he was where we going now what we doing why are you stopping here? Lol

He said he had an adrenalin rush getting out of the car and walking around me no one near us apart from cleaners nd in the shops who I doubt paid any notice.

He loved it lol so go on girls take control if they say they want to go out and keep doubting themselves make their minds up for them in some less public place.

I think the key is that you are in control and dictating the pace. The same seems to go for Rebecca and Hannah. When things get out of control then maybe that's when thing can go awry.
