Mine
Up every morning pre work without fail walking 3 miles.
Calorie controlled diet want to lose a stone maybe 2 and maintain it.
2nd bout of 3-4 mile walk after work
Longer walks on weekends
Make time for Davina at least once per month
Add more info and chatter here realising I need support as much as everyone here.. I don't have all the answers
Meet up with SJ and Sammy with my wife and see if I can get my wife and Sam chatting as think it would do both wives good to talk.
Work less hours what doesn't get done today will be there tomorrow.
So 8 to stick to the diet and fitness the molar important to me and it will improve Davinas figure too lol..
