I'm a bloke and I enjoy dressing as a woman and I enjoy doing my makeup.. foundation, contouring and highlighting, a bit of blush, eye shadow and mascara and lippy.
I know in the winter my skin is lighter than it is with a bit of a tan in the summer and it computes that if I'm using foundation and powder it needs to try to match the skin colour.
So, I know this and I'm a man why don't women realise this as you see quite a few umpalumpas with orange foundation or foundation which is too dark or too light it's not rocket science and mirrors are available.
Case in point today a blonde woman in her late 20s early 30s in Tesco quite attractive obviously had spent time on her lipstick and eye makeup but it looked like a mask as her foundation wasn't blended in and was almost Orange.
Whats the point of this post? There isn't one really just an observation lol.
Davina
I have sat in Debenhams at the Chanel section and asked for help and advice while the Chanel woman showed me about colour and concealer.
This was on a Sunday morning and I was in drab, but she made me feel ok about it and helped me.
No chance I'm not doing that lol
Been there and done that in three different Boots Stores, 1st time was in Salford, then Boscombe and Bournemouth. All three times I was in Drab and the girls were all great.

I see it too mismatched skin tone and makeup even happens to so called celebs seeing an orange one on TV last night not really a celeb just one of those reality tv people who now act as celebs a pet hate of mine.
It's not hard once you find the foundation that suits you and spit on Davina you change foundation with your summer tan and winter pale skin.
The other thing is the foundation mask which might as well be green like the mask where they've not blended it in.
So take note you t girls and make sure to wear the right foundation.
As for trump what's he playing at with that shade of lipstick.
Emma (wife)
Haha, she's got you there Davina!
I never could understand how they think that that orange shade looks good! I think they think it's like having a nice tan, but it's not a good look.
Is it all about peer pressure or just wanting to fit in? I can understand as a young girl, but as a grown woman in her 30's it just looks wrong.
No panda eyes ;-)
He was probably prancing round the oval office as Denise Trump and someone came in he panicked forgot to wipe the makeup off.
Not just women
