I've come across similar. I think there is some sort of thing where they collect sissies like others of us collect beer mats or chewing gum wrappers or shoes.

Also it's that thing that anyone who is on the tranny spectrum is a sissy. Just because I like dressing in satin, frills, and high heels, don't assume I conform to sissy 'norms'! 😉 lol

Perhaps ignoring might be the best advice I could give as she might get board if no response. Although I don't know anything about twitter so not sure about repercussions. Good luck
