We've done the girls nights in which are still fun.
He will sometimes ask if we can have a night in and sometimes i can gauge his stress levels after work and I'll arrange it either with mutual agreement or by laying out some things for him to wear when he comes home from work for a friday night in dressed.
We've both learnt so much about makeup over the last year and a half and have perfected our look as women for different occasions and activities.
I took him out of his comfort zone a few times as he wanted to go out dressed so i facilitated it initially in the car and a walk round a shopping centre after hours .
Hes had a makeover which was expensive but we learnt a lot and wow did an expert make him look convincing and we've recently gone and both had a makeover telling the lady in advance I wanted a makeup lesson and confirmed it was ok for my husband to also get dressed and made up as a woman. What he didnt know was when we left he'd be walking up a High street en fem back to the car and Home no point in getting a makeover then wiping it off.
The lady was very professional but he was the first trans person shed given a makeup tutorial for he was so nervous hardly spoke and very embarrased lol especially when she complimented him on his figure and his long eyelashes lol.
We got home not having anyone bat an eye lid at him in black jeggins, boots blouse jacket and handbag lol and then he admitted how much of a thrill it was being in the full public eye and no one noticing he was a man or not caring if they did notice.
We wish We'd stayed out and chanced a pub or restaurant as we were a distance from Home.
Maybe next time
