Walking Through Memories in M& S

On Saturday we were in Cardiff, out shopping. And we ended up in Marks & Spencer.
For me, M&S always carries a bit of nostalgia—it was my mother’s shop of choice, and I have vivid memories of being with her there as a boy.
Back then, the lingerie department always caught my eye. Silky slips, lace-trimmed bras, stockings on mannequins—things that drew me in like a moth to a flame.
As a kid, I couldn’t help but brush my fingers against the fabrics as we walked past, only to be told off by my mother for touching what I wasn’t supposed to.
I think she saw it as childish curiosity, but for me, even then, it was something more.. It wasn't crossdressing per say and wanting to try those things on it was the feel of the lingerie, the lacy, silky feel and the love of femininity wanting to see women wearing all that sexy lingerie.
Fast forward to Saturday, and there I was again, walking through the lingerie section in Cardiff. Only this time, it was massive—rows upon rows of satin, nylon and lace, all beautifully displayed.

We had to walk right through it, and I could feel my eyes scanning everything, my thoughts tumbling over themselves.
“Wow… wow… mmm… wow wa weee waaa.” lol
That’s what was running through my head as I glanced at each mannequin, each rack of lingerie.
A quiet storm of desire and memory.
For a moment, I wasn’t just shopping—I was back in time, remembering the thrill of those secret touches, while also standing firmly in the present, knowing exactly why it all still captivates me and not running my hands through it all (Although I wanted to lol).
Sometimes, it’s the simplest things—a stroll through a store, a brush with lace and silk—that remind me how deep this runs in me, how much Davina and to an extent femininity or the love of femininity and women is a part of who I am.
I don't mean I'm ready to become a woman or anything like that it's not that it's that hidden unspoken side to my overall character that loves feminine things, loves women, has a deep ingrained "thing" for sexy lingerie, stockings and heels.

I love M&S you get to see all the lovely lingerie. I way prefer to actually see the lingerie before I buy. It is exactly the same with skirts and dresses love to see and feel the fabric of them. And to be able to pick them up and feel the movement of the items. I used to love looking on line with M&S as they mostly had videos of a model wearing the skirt or dresses. This used to help me pick what to buy based on movement and feel. I find now the only shop that has this excellent feature is Roman Original where the models do a little catwalk. And it lets me gauge the clothing movements.…
