The Question That Stopped Me in My Tracks...

Imagine this...

You've been secretly crossdressing for years. Not full on presenting female just Crossdressing from time to time, stockings, heels, lingerie maybe a dress nothing more to this point.

No one knows.

You've been incredibly careful. Every trace has been covered. Clothes out back where you found them.. etc

You've convinced yourself that your secret is completely safe.

Then one Saturday evening, completely out of the blue, your wife turns to you and says:

"Let me put makeup on you and dress you as a woman."

Here's the question if like you to answer.

What would you think?

My first thought wasn't excitement.

It was sheer panic.

"Oh no... Somehow she knows."

Has she seen me rushing to change back, have I left clues.. is she calling me out?

I instantly convinced myself I'd been found out.

Somewhere, somehow, I'd slipped up.

Maybe she'd found something months ago and had been waiting for the right moment to bring it up.

Maybe she'd noticed something I'd never even considered.

My mind was racing.

Years of keeping my occasional Crossdressing secret flashed through my head in a matter of seconds.

I was absolutely convinced she was calling me out.

But...

I was wrong.

Completely wrong.

It wasn't what I thought at all.

Looking back, it's amazing how quickly our minds jump to the worst possible conclusion when we've been carrying a secret for so long.

I let her put makeup on me, I got dressed.. it was the first time I'd seen myself fully dressed as a woman with a face put on me by my wife, foundation, but of blush, eyeshadow, liner, mascara and red lips.. hair styles.

I looked in the mirror 'wow' I looked at her and she said wow you look like a woman.. I asked "How did you work out I was a Crossdresser?"..

"A what?" .. Oops she hadn't guessed I was a crossdresser so why did she ask to put makeup on me and dress me as a woman.. I'll admit it was a bit of a dream come true I loved it until I realised she hadn't guessed I was a crossdresser and it changed also for her hearing I was a crossdresser.. the rest is history and we worked on acceptance as you can read in my blog.

So I'd love to hear from you.

If you were a secret crossdresser, and your wife suddenly, out of nowhere, said...

"Let me put makeup on you and dress you as a woman."

...would your first thought have been exactly the same as mine?

Would you have assumed she'd discovered your secret?

Or would you have thought something completely different?

Because honestly, I struggled to think of any other reason why a wife would randomly make that suggestion.

I'm really interested to know whether I was overthinking it or whether most of you would have reacted exactly the same way.

Years later I asked why? And she said "I thought it would be a laugh I wanted to see if you'd let me do it".. surely there was more to it than that?
