I've always said this forum is about Crossdressers and I don't dabble further along the trans spectrum as all I know about is myself as a crossdresser and my wife's acceptance of that.
Not sure what people think of the ruling?
I was born a biological man ♂️ and I am a man but I have the escapism of Crossdressing.
My wife was born a biological woman ♀️ and can dress and present however she likes.
Where I feel sorry for some is those from a very early age who believe they are girls but born biologically male.
This ends the argument on defining men and women via a court ruling but some won't be happy with it.
What we have as Trans people and like it or not we fall under the Trans umbrella ☔ as Crossdressers is the ability to present female as something we enjoy and some go out and about to trans events or even in public harmlessly going about their business.
I wonder however what this means for prisons .. biological male and biological female prisons?
Toilets? Still a mystery?
What we as men can't help is our affinity to "Female" fashion and clothing, lingerie and heels, makeup and the "female look".
Interested in hearing reactions on this court ruling.

Hi Davina, saw your post pop up on my email and thought I'd reply. Today's ruling is very worrying for T-Girls and trans girls alike who go out in public places, the biggest worry initially will be the use of women's toilets, at the moment the law states that there is no restrictions on who can use a toilet, women can and do go into mens toilets, I myself use the ladies toilets when I'm out in a bar or club and I present as female, I've never had any issues from ladies when I've walked in, in fact I've had plenty of women start talking to me in the loos.
But I see this ruling as the thin end of the wedge for trans people from crossdressers to fully trans women, the fact they have a GRC is already invalidated in this ruling.
I use the ladies toilets when I'm out dressed as I feel safe, if I where forced to have to use the men's toilets and I'm dressed as a woman I'd be very uncomfortable going into a club toilet with drunk men who are capable of attacking you as they think you're an easy target, and I know first hand, not a good day for us really, the NHS is already considering this ruling which will affect trans people working in hospitals, i can see this escalating.
The likes of Rowling are pushing this, she is definitely transphobic, and just about all my trans and CD friends on Facebook are concerned about this. X
I did hear something on the news this morning about this and had forgotten to look it up so thank you Davina for the post and the link.
It's certainly a very emotive topic but, and this is obviously my own opinion, I've probably leaned that way myself. I have no problem with anyone identifying as they want or dressing as they want (after all, who am I to say any different) but there is always a line in the sand somewhere and it would seem that this is where it is now. So what for the implications, ramifications, moving forward....'wait, out' as they say in the military.
I wonder how many of us would present fem more than male if we had that option.. maybe that's a new post..
But what will they do for people who have already changed Birth certificates, passports etc to show F
