So the final Beatles Single "Now and Then", John (one of my heroes) voice extracted and cleaned up from a 1978 tape recording, George's backing vocals and slide guitar, Ringo Drums and vocals and Paul vocals, Bass, guitar and piano..
The strings section a music score from Paul given to a Strings section without telling them the music was for this single.. for the last ever Beatles Single.
What's this got to do with crossdressing?
Nothing.. Absolutely love the song and the arrangement the hidden secrets in the music its the Beatles!!
But this hard faced Alpha male listening to it for the first time hearing a crisp John Lennon voice and the sound of the Beatles and realising this is the very last Beatles track with the 4 of them playing on cried, tears flowed listening to it the first 10 times.. probably heard it 50 times now and yesterday saw the accompanying video which is Fab and cried again..
"I don't cry.."
Why do us men bottle everything up then feel ashamed for crying, a showing of weakness.. that's what's drummed into us.
So this post is two part 1. My musical hero's the Beatles 2. We shouldn't have to feel this way that we must be the bread winner, husband, father, role model, coach, alpha male.. bottling up emotions?
We need an escape and need to show emotion .. here's a link as our escape for whatever reason is Crossdressing.
