Hi Suzanne, thanks for your warm welcome! I know how lucky I am, we all have past relationships after all, lol. I have a weakness for 1860's gowns and love to be my wife's maid, which she never complains about (I wish she would be more bossy!) I'm currently in a 50's dress with 2 net petticoats, although I no longer own a wig or wear makeup!

Wow. That's a little different from most people's perceptions, interesting choice. Tbh, I've never looked at clothing from so long ago. I will confess that I do remember having PVC maids outfit many, many years ago but that was probably more experimental on my part. The same can be said for the white cotton nurses uniform and even an empire line white wedding dress. I've not really delved into uniforms, as such, since then. I'm more your regular CD with a penchant for beaded or sequin dresses, party dresses and smart work dresses. I don't really have many separate, mix and match type pieces but I do have a decent selection of heels and boots.

It doesn't do to be in a grey world with us all liking the same things does it? I do like 50s vintage inspired clothing mind you and follow several Instagramers who often post in vintage lingerie and tea dresses and,petticoats. It's a,very sexy look but one I couldn't pull off 😁
