I definately have SAD only a few months back i was losing 2 stone up early out for a walk / run and in the evening and dieting come dark nights by 1630 im indoors not exercising and eating unheathily back up by work work work and the need to get things done and i definately get depressed from september onwards until light again.
will have to book time away with Esme 20 years wedding anniversaary in May
I think I do have SAD and this year more so than ever its eat sleep work repeat I have to get up and go jogging again but dark mornings and even finishing work working at home dark evenings really sucks.. No girls night in or out all year and not working from home dressed.. Rubbish year.
Could do with some positive influence at the moment as fed up of work and covid and no time to unwind and the winter blues.. what a difference it makes having freedom to crossdress and how it helps us unwind
That's cool Emma it is a stress buster.. I did a work report on my day off 200 emails and I've only been off 2 days .. I skimed them after i sent my report and wish i hadn't .. and the usual HMRC letter telling me i owe them money again and I've no idea how..
Both a little different from the girl here but shows the stress busting effect of crossdressng.
I know when hes stressed and will sometimes put stuff out for him run him a bath and say bath run go shave there's things on the bed you need to chill out,
It is a real thing I get a proper downer from September thru the next few months.
I put weight on too which hasnt helped my state of mind.
Dressing helps when it can occur.

SAD is very real but we've passed the solstice so should start getting lighter.
You do realise you could have exercised early in female exercise gear dont you in the dark mornings lol.
It's been hard for some i bet not dressing for that positive influence it gives you and your escapism from your male lives.
Lets hope for a better 2021 for you all.

SAD is no laughing matter and can add to stress and mental wellbeing woes
Get up and out jogging Davina you'll have girls nights out and in in 2021 I'm sure
