We are on holiday this week down in gloucester.
We where in Cheltenham today and my wife needed to go into wilkinsons for some bits and bobs.
When she went to pay i waited near the entrance to the shop, i was stood just near the makeup counter! And was looking at it thinking i wouldn't mind some of the Smokey eye shadow sets.
I didn't see my wife come up behind me!!
She said, "pink and purple won't suit you"! Pointing to the nail polish, i said i wasn't looking at that i was looking at the eye shadow sets!!! She just said "NO"! i said what do you mean no? She just said no again, and that was the end of that.
I didn't ask her to buy it so im not sure if she was referring to me wanting her to buy it for my birthday that was on monday as she hadn't got me anything, mainly as i didn't know what i wanted, well, i do but couldn't bring myself to say " well, what I'd realy like is if you got me something girly" ๐
Things where ok tonight, we went out for a meal on our last night.
I look at it as a positive not a negative, yes the reaction wasn't "ok dear I'll buy you some makeup for your birthday" but it was a nudge to let her know it isn't going away.
She's ok with me tonight, i think she's more mad about the situation than with me.
Anyway last go in the hot tub with Ducky! Before we head home tomorrow. ๐

For me Kate is an alias for me. I haveththe same first letter. Then I just chose a more fun/girlier name. When I was younger we did this for night's out we gave ourselves drunk alter ego s. For when guys asked our names and also so we can blame our alter egos for the poor decision making. Haha. The reason for the same first letter is so if you forgot you could recover it easily.
