I was just reading one of those ubiquitous FB articles that pique you're interest but then seem to go on forever. Anyway, this one was on the Fosse Dionne spring in France, never heard of it but looked interesting. Reading the comments I came across this little nugget (see first comment in the pic).

Might have to look this up. I know crossdressing isn't a modern phenomenon but I don't usually think of it as being a 'thing' in oldie worldie times 😁😁
